Frontburner (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Frontburner platform, including the website at getfrontburner.com and the operator dashboard at app.getfrontburner.com (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the Service.

Information You Provide Directly

• Account registration information (name, email address, business name)
• Onboarding questionnaire responses (truck name, branding preferences, menu items, domain preferences, business location)
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers)

Information Collected Automatically

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visit)
• Device information (hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Usage data (features used, actions taken within the dashboard)

• Square (if you connect your Square account for menu sync)
• Stripe (payment processing and transaction data)
• Google (Google Business Profile data if you authorize the integration)

• Build and configure your branded app and website, and help you set up your Google Business profile
• Process payments and send transaction confirmations
• Send push notifications on your behalf to your app followers

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your customer data for advertising purposes.

With your consent, Frontburner and the food-truck operators using our Service send transactional text messages (SMS) to the mobile number you provide. These messages relate to your activity with a truck — for example, order confirmations and pickup-ready alerts, catering and event quotes, booking updates, and payment or refund receipts.

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, how often you order or request a quote). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to order by other means.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Numbers collected for text messaging are used only to deliver the service-related messages described above.
